Randy has called Lawrence home since relocating his family here in 1997 to accept a position as Creative Director for a major retailer. A few years later, he and his wife decided to put down roots in Lawrence instead of chasing corporate jobs across the country. They had grown to love this great town, and in 2003, Randy decided to get involved in the local real estate market. He has since become a familiar face in the community as well as a successful Realtor®. Randy was elected as President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors in 2009. He is a champion for his clients and was honored by his peers as Realtor of the Year in 2010. He was also awarded the Good Neighbor Award in 2016 for outstanding service and contributions to the community. He was selected to be in the 2016 Class of Leadership Lawrence.

Randy joined the Stephens Real Estate team in 2013. “Stephens is a household name in Lawrence, and our reputation is second to none,” says Randy. With the Stephens support team’s help, he can provide his clients with better service, which affords him more time to focus on each client’s specific needs.

Randy understands how important it is to be well-represented when buying or selling a home. He consistently takes classes and attends seminars to gain better knowledge and insights into this ever-changing business. He has achieved several designations from the National Association of Realtors: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative, and NAR’s Green Designation. His expertise, paired with his calm personality, turns what can be a stressful time into a smooth and successful transaction. When not working, he can be found downtown with family, friends, and dog Truman.
