About

  A native New Englander, Thomas landed in Lawrence in 1978, and has spent a working career in sales helping others achieve their dreams. Thomas has been helping Lawrence home buyers and sellers navigate through the sometimes turbulent seas of real estate transactions since 2001, tying and untying knots, negotiating difficult passages, avoiding reefs and shoals, and keeping a weather eye out. With a friendly and thoughtful approach to helping his clients, Thomas has successfully given advice, judgment and counsel to hundreds of Lawrencians going through the real estate process.

 Leadership and service have been hallmarks of Thomas’ philosophy as a Realtor®. He has served in many positions both with the Lawrence Board of Realtors®, as well as the Kansas Association of Realtors®. Thomas can be of service to you, and lead you safely through your Real Estate purchase or sale.

 Thomas enjoys sailing, swimming, skiing, bicycle riding, and spending time with his wife, Kate Dinneen and their 2 dogs. They live in Douglas County just outside Lawrence, and are proud to be active in the Lawrence civic and arts community.
