I am a long time Lawrence resident of 40 years and a licensed  Loan Originator.  I am ready, willing, and eager to help local buyers find the mortgage product that is right for them.  Whether they are looking to purchase a personal residence, 2nd home, investment property, or refinance an existing mortgage, I can help them find the product that suits their needs and circumstance. If your "go to" lender said no, please consider reaching out to me.  We can often get buyers approved when other lenders can't.  Credit scores as low as 580 and manual underwriting are offered on some products.  We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, One time close construction to permanent, renovation loans, and several other Specialty products.   

I will regularly communicate status updates to you and your buyer as the loan reaches certain milestones in the process. You have an entire team dedicated to carrying the loan from application, through processing and underwriting and over the finish line where the loan is finalized (closed) and funded.
