All LBOR Brokers are receiving an advance copy of the following newly updated Contracts & Forms, as required by the NAR Settlement: Buyer Agency Agreement, Exclusive Right of Sale, and LBOR Sales Contract.
These new versions will be effective July 24th. Remove or amend previous versions from use by August 16, 2024. |

Distribution to all members is expected to occur on July 24th. Each form will be available in the Paragon System in a Flattened PDF, a PDF with fillable fields, and as a WORD Doc with fillable fields. The forms will also be available in the DocuSign and Dotloop library of forms.
The docs linked below are each PDF files. Brokers may request an unlocked WORD Doc of each form if needed for company formatting. |

Please see the following Amendments and Addendum. These are temporary documents that can be used to update any active agency agreements or sales contracts on previous versions of the forms. |
