Updates to Paragon, including new features and functionality, will be applied to your MLS system via a downtime deployment.

Update Window:

Start: June 1, 10:00 PM CT

End: June 2, 6:00 AM CT

The Customer Toolkit includes release notes, an email template for communication to your members and links to Paragon’s social media pages where we share helpful tips for users. During this downtime window Paragon will be unavailable. Data Share, Parallel, and Membership Import tasks will be disabled and websites that rely on Paragon data, such as photos, may be affected.
