Recently approved changes to the LBOR Sales Contract will go into effect on March 1, 2026. This update includes both necessary and important changes that improve, clarify, and update various sections of the Sales Contract.

This session is now offered both in-person and via Zoom. Additionally, the Zoom session will be recorded and made available next week for those who were unable to attend this week.

IMPORTANT - You must register here to receive the Zoom link, which will be emailed to all registrants at 1:30 pm tomorrow. 

Timeline: The updated LBOR Sales Contract will be officially available for use by March 1st. The LBOR Sales Contract will be available in Paragon's MLS Docs and in the Forms Libraries for DocuSign, Dotloop, SkySlope, and ZipForms. All LBOR/LMLS Brokers were provided with the redlined and clean versions of the Sales Contract yesterday afternoon, along with a training handout that explains the rationale for each change.
