Michael S. Elliott, SRA, AI-RRS is a State General Certified Appraiser in Kansas and Missouri and has been active in the appraisal industry since 1996. Michael has a Bachelor's degree from Wichita State University. In addition to residential and commercial appraisal, Michael has experience with a wide range of property types and consulting assignments including valuations for eminent domain, divorce, estate and other matters. While Michael is general state certified for all property types (including commercial) he has also been awarded both the prestigious SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute (the only appraiser in Kansas to currently hold both of these designations at the same time).

The SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute is held by professionals who provide a wide range of services for residential properties and is a qualification over and above being state certified.

The AI-RRS designation from the Appraisal Institute is held by professionals who provide reviews of residential appraisals.
