I am a full-time Realtor at Stephens Real Estate & carry the CRS, ABR, GRI, and e-PRO designations. This year is my 20th year helping people sell and purchase real estate in Lawrence and Douglas County.

When I first came to Lawrence in the early 1990s, I fell in love with the older neighborhoods surrounding the University of Kansas, including Old West Lawrence and East Lawrence. The charm and character of the homes, mature trees, and proximity to downtown and KU have always been important to my wife and me. Subsequently, we have resided in these areas and currently live in the Centennial neighborhood. I am invested in maintaining and improving the quality of life in our urban core neighborhoods. There are a handful of Realtors in Lawrence that are knowledgeable and passionate about our older homes and neighborhoods. I am happy to be among this group and serve clients who have similar values when buying and selling homes.

I take pride in marketing homes. I work with homeowners to prepare their homes for the market to look their best. The photographs I take, and the visual tours I diligently prepare are arguably the best in Lawrence.
