Description

Changes are occurring to the Buyer Agency Agreement, Exclusive Right of Sale (the listing agreement), and the LBOR Sales Contract. Attend this session to learn about the updates to each contract, including the rationale behind each change.

Updated forms will be distributed to all members on July 24th. 

Each form will be available in the Paragon System in a Flattened PDF, a PDF with fillable fields, and a WORD Doc with fillable fields. Forms will also be available in DocuSign and Dotloop.  

These changes are necessary as a result of the NAR Settlement.
