The Lawrence Board of REALTORS® (LBOR) and Lawrence Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Board of Directors are hosting this important session about the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) recent $418 million settlement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers related to broker commissions. This session will include Charlie Lee-NAR Senior Legal Counsel, Vern Jarboe-KAR Legal Counsel, and Danielle Davey-LBOR/LMLS Legal Counsel.

Hosted at Security 1st Title, 4913 Oread W Drive, Lawrence KS 66049. Lunch is included, thanks to Security 1st Title. 

This session is intended for Company Brokers, Sales Managers, and Staff, as well as LBOR/LMLS Leadership. Leadership includes all Directors, Trustees, Committee Chairpersons, and the MLS & Rules Committee. 

An additional discussion will occur for all members at the LBOR Midyear Luncheon Meeting, which will be held on June 18th at Arterra Event Gallery. The Luncheon is free and open to all members.  

Please submit any questions you have for legal counsel before the Town Hall Luncheon meeting. Questions may be grouped or combined by topic to address as many unanswered questions as possible.
