The Lawrence Board of REALTORS® (LBOR) and Lawrence Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Board of Directors are hosting this important session about the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) recent $418 million settlement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers related to broker commissions. This session will include Vern Jarboe-KAR Legal Counsel and Danielle Davey-LBOR/LMLS Legal Counsel. We are doing our best to include a representative from NAR’s legal team. 

This session is limited to Company Brokers & Sales Managers and LBOR/LMLS Leadership (Directors/Committees). 

An additional town hall meeting will be held on June 18th that will be open to all members. 

Please submit any questions you have for legal counsel before the Town Hall Luncheon meeting. Questions may be grouped or combined by topic to address as many unanswered questions as possible.
