The Lawrence Board of REALTORS® (LBOR) and Lawrence Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Board of Directors are hosting this important session about the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) recent $418 million settlement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers related to broker commissions.

This session will include Vern Jarboe-KAR Legal Counsel and Danielle Davey-LBOR/LMLS Legal Counsel.

Please submit any questions you have for legal counsel before the Town Hall Luncheon meeting. Questions may be grouped or combined by topic to address as many unanswered questions as possible.
